How do I place an order for wedding stationery?
Simply choose the product you would like to purchase along with the quantity you require from the drop down list, along with any extras may like to purchase (where applicable). Add your products to your cart and go through the checkout process, providing your email address in your contact details. Once we have received your order we will contact you on the email address you provided and request the content you would like on your stationery.
Can I see a sample before ordering wedding stationery?
Absolutely. Seeing a sample is a brilliant way to see the quality, colour and feel for our products before making a decision about ordering your stationery items. All of our wedding stationery items are available to purchase as samples from the drop down options on each product page. Unfortunately we cannot send personalised samples.
I received my digital wedding stationery proof, but I want to make changes. How do I do this?
The digital proof we send to you is an initial draft of your stationery, and allows you to review the design and request any amendments before your order is sent to print. Once you have received your proof, simple reply to our email with any changes you would like and we will send you a subsequent draft once the amends have been made.
Do you offer a custom design service?
Unfortunately not. If you would like to change the layout of the worded content on our wedding templates this can be done free of charge. For any font or colour changes this may incur a small design fee dependant on the level of customisation required.
