We unfortunately cannot be held liable for any custom charges incurred as a result of importing goods.
RETURNS
We are confident that you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your product, or no longer want it, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:
- the item is returned within 14 days of receipt
- the item is unopened, in it's original packaging and in a resaleable condition
If you would like to return an item, please contact us letting us know that you want to cancel your order. Please note that you will have to cover the direct cost of returning the product and we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Please note that any delivery costs paid will not be refunded, only the cost of the item being returned.
If your product is faulty, please do not throw it away before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
